When will my products be delivered?
If you placed an order with us recently and want an update on its progress, you should first check whether we've dispatched it to you:
- Click the Your Account at the top of any page.
- When signed in View "Open Orders".
- On this page you’ll see details of the order you're expecting. The order will be Awaiting Dispatch. If you can’t find it here, that means your order has already been dispatched by the seller select “Order History” and look up the status by clicking on the “Tracking” option.
Our Marketplace Sellers bear the responsibility for getting your purchases to you and for answering all related questions about delivery. Should you have any questions about a delivery, please contact your seller directly. You can do this from 'My Account' and 'Contact Seller'
Sellers are expected to dispatch goods directly to the customer within two working days of the order being placed. Packages dispatched from the the following locations usually arrive within the following time-frames (depending on dispatch method selected and the postal service used):
UK: 2-14 days
Europe: 4-19 days
US and rest of world: 7-28 days
If you don't receive your package after these time frames - contact your seller.
Please note that for sellers, shipping from international locations, standard transit times can vary between 3 and 28 days.
Contacting Your Seller
If you have any questions about your order, sign in and ‘Contact Seller’. If you would like to raise your communication level to a dispute, you can do this by selecting the ‘File a Claim’ option in 'Order history' and we will then look into your case.
