How to Order

Finding Items

There are several ways to shop on Choiceful.com. You can use the top or left navigation bars to shop by category. Or, use the top search box to find exactly what you’re looking for.

When you find an item you like, click on it to get more information, including features and shipping information.

Adding Items to Your Cart

To order an item, simply enter the quantity you’d like, then click the green “Add to Cart” button. Use the top navigation bar or click “Continue Shopping” to add more items.

You can view the items in your Cart any time by clicking the Cart icon in the top corner of any page. Items stored in your Cart should appear on any computer, as long as you’re signed in to your Choiceful.com account with your e-mail address and password.

If the "Add to Cart" button is grey or inactive on the page this means the item isn't available.  When we’re confident the item will be available again, we’ll enable the button and you can add it to your Cart.

If Your Cart is Empty and you've added an item to it make sure to sign in before adding any items to your Cart. Any items added before signing in will not be tied to your account, and will disappear once you log in or out. If signing in doesn't help, check your Internet browser's "Option" or "Preferences" link to be sure it's cookie-enabled. Cookies make the Cart work.

Gift Wrap & Messages

 If the seller for the item you’re ordering offers a gift wrapping and message service, you can select this option. During checkout you will be prompted to enter more information for your gifts.

Continuing to Checkout

Once you’ve added items to your Cart, take a moment to review what’s in it. (Your Cart may contain items from previous visits, since items remain in your Cart for 90 days.)  If you don’t want to buy an item right away, click ‘Remove’ to delete them.

When you’re ready to place your order, click the orange “Pay Securely Now” button. You’ll be taken to the first page of the Checkout section, which will prompt you to sign in.

New to Choiceful.com

 For your first order on Choiceful.com, you will need to create an account to proceed. You will be prompted to enter shipping address information, including telephone number. After you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement e-mail. We will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order (or a portion of it) is shipped.

Providing a Password

Creating a password means you’ll enjoy faster, easier shopping. To keep your personal information secure, keep your password unique and private. Passwords are not case-sensitive, can be from 0 to any number of characters, numbers, or letters and can include spaces.

Returning Guests

After signing in, you will be taken directly to the Place Your Order page. Upon arrival to this page, your address and payment information will be pre-populated with the information entered for your last order with us.

All you need to do at this point is to check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary changes. Then click ‘Continue’ and follow the remainder of stages remaining to place your order.

Shipping Choices

Here you can choose how exactly you’d like your items delivered. Each seller will be dispatching items using the delivery method you choose so if you have more than one item in your order the items may arrive at different times, in any case you can keep updated by logging in to My Account to check the status of delivery.

Reviewing and Submitting Your Order

During your online Checkout, take the time to review your order information on the final Review page. You can make adjustments to your order if necessary.

When you’re completely happy with the details and are ready to pay, choose one of the payment options and select ‘Continue Checkout’ you will be diverted to our secure payment pages to enter your information.

After completing your purchase. We’ll send an order acknowledgement e-mail, we’ll also send a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is sent. You can view the status of your order anytime by checking My Account. 

Placing an Order by Phone

All orders placed on our website are secure and covered by our Safe Shopping Guarantee. For security reasons, we do not accept orders by mail or e-mail or telephone.

Ordering
