You must be 18 years or older to use the marketplace and must be able to lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. In setting up your marketplace seller account, you must provide your real name, current address, phone number, email address, and valid payment authentication information.

Every online order goes through an order review to make sure that it is not fraudulent. As soon as our processing is complete we notify you by email, you must then prepare and ship your order to reach the customer on or before the estimated delivery date. The same goes for when you receive an offer or email from the customer.
Regularly communicating with customers is the best way to ensure positive feedback. You can automate much of the communication by managing your orders through your seller account. Send customers updates when you ship your orders, or edit your shipments. Refunds, cancellations and any other customer service issue can also be controlled via your seller account. However, our research shows that sellers that offer the feature make significantly higher sales compared to those who do not.
At Choiceful.com we are obsessed with security. Every order marketplace sellers receive through Choiceful.com has been reviewed by our industry-leading fraud detection process. Provided the order has successfully passed our rigorous review, sellers can be sure that they are shipping their goods to trusted buyers. All payments are processed by Choiceful.com and we release funds to sellers in accordance with our Marketplace User Agreement. Our fraud detection systems do not cover buyer and seller disputes resulting from the products being faulty, damaged or lost during transit. Regarding our payment terms. Payment is made irrespective of feedback received and in accordance with our marketplace seller agreement, which you can read here. Your first payment is automatically released after 30 days following your first order, subsequently every 15 days. Payment is released to a registered and verified bank account or PayPal account. All sellers must go through an account verification process, before payments are released. Further information on account verification is available following registration and in your payment settings. Transfers usually take between 3-5 working days from release date. We notify you by email the date your funds are released and your payment report is available to download from your seller account portal at the same time detailing all of your transactions and amount payable. We release the full amount less our seller fees.
A seller’s feedback is based on the comments and ratings left by customers who have bought from a particular Marketplace seller. Over the course of time a Marketplace seller develops a feedback rating, showing how previous customers rated their service. We encourage buyers to compare sellers’ feedback ratings as an important part of choosing who to buy from.It’s important that you contact sellers to resolve any problems before leaving feedback as this often cannot be changed. As with any shop, occasionally something can go wrong with a customer order. The majority of problems can be resolved quickly by talking to the customer. We also provide a set of tools within your seller account that allow you to issue refunds, respond to customers, and confirm dispatch of the products, basically all of the tools you need to see the sale through from start to finish.
All Choiceful.com sellers can offer a gift service. The service includes gift-wrapping and gift card/message available when selected by a customer on any item you sell through Choiceful.com.This is an optional service, and is paid for by the customer who selects the option.
