Product Description

The Sea Grass sponge (spongia gramminae) is one of the most common species and therefore it is relatively inexpensive. It is not as dense as other sponges, though it is relatively wearing and versatile. It has a soft texture. You can see from the photograph that the shapes are quite variable. Suitable for skin of babies and children, washing up and use with pets. Even adults have more fun in the bath when using a sea sponge! Our sponges can be used with soap to create a foamy lather or with clay.
