Toupret fine surface filler is supplied ready-to-use. It produces an exceptionally smooth finish. Ready to over paint in 8 hours, it also helps to enhance the paint finish. No need to sand or spot prime. Suitable for internal use. Can be used on new or renovated substrates, either unpainted or painted, gypsum plaster, plasterboards, old painted surfaces, any type of filler, cement and concrete. To make surfaces smooth before the application of paint or wallpaper.
