Rustins Problem Solving White Primer is a quick-drying water based matt white blocking primer that has excellent adhesion to a range of surfaces. It will seal stains that may bleed through and discolour paint. When dry, it can be painted over with any type of paint and undercoat. Available in 250ml, 500ml and 1 Litre.
