La Pluie recreates the warmth of a tropical shower in a cascade of wet flora and sensual notes. The centrepiece is a tropical accord of ylang ylang absolute from the Comoro islands, framed by Egyptian cassie absolute, jasmine absolute and Tunisian orange flower. Cooler notes of Italian bergamot, tangerine and lavender refresh the balmy heart, while the perfume becomes more sensual still with a dry down of vetiver bourbon and vanilla bourbon. An unexpected hint of blé absolute, otherwise known as wheat, adds another dimension to the fascinating scent of Miller Harris La Pluie.
