The perfumes come in a form of cute small dolls, each of which has its own character, style, and perfumed note. There had to be five fragrances as each of them represents different styles of women. Each of the dolls contains of two parts. The upper part is the doll itself, fitted on a pedestal-like glass base filled with the fragrance. The outer boxes give a story of the perfume doll enclosed inside. Harajuku Lovers collection includes fragrances , Lil' Angel, Music, Baby and G and each of them is devoted to one of her back vocals, Harajuku Girls, reflecting their style and life styles, while one signifies her. Lil Angel is created in collaboration with Christophe Raynard of Givaudan. It is inspired by a woman who always cared for others but is not a saint. In top it reveals fruity aromas of raspberry, cranberry, black currant, and pineapple. The heart unifies gourmand notes of candied violet, pear blossom, and sugared rose, while the base introduces lollipop aroma, Hinoki wood and crystal amber. Harajuku Lovers G is a fragrance for women, and is suggested to be worn during the day time.
