Vetiver is manly and sophisticated woodsy fragrance. It was created in 1961 and re launched again back in 2000. The bottle was altered and the colour of the perfume, but the fragrance continued to be gorgeous, just like before. The top notes of the fragrance are bergamot, coriander, lemon, mandarin neroli. The fragrances heart notes unite vetiver and cedar wood the base notes are composed of tobacco, walnuts, pepper and Tonka bean. The nose behind this perfume is Jean Paul Guerlain. Guerlain is a legendary French perfume house with 175 years of outstanding business, passion and custom. Guerlain has always used deluxe and rare materials for its perfumes, such as French vanilla or ylang ylang from their own plantations in Comoro Islands. Besides that, Guerlain has been a moderniser in use of synthetic materials Jicky 1889 was the first perfume to which Aime Guerlain added a synthetic component coumarin.
