The Dyson Hepa filter is located underneath the dust collection bin on both DC07 and DC14 Dyson models. Hepa filtration filters were fitted to Animal and Allergy variations of the Dyson DC07 and DC14, so your vacuum may have a standard white filter pad fitted which can be found under part number QUAFIL195. All Dyson vacuum cleaners have two filters, a pre motor filter and a post motor filter. This filter is a post motor Hepa filter for DC07 and DC14 Dyson vacuums, it filters air which has passed through the motor. Designed for allergy sufferers in mind the filter reduces fine dust particles and odour smells into the air. It is important filters are regularly replaced or can be washed in some cases in order to maintain your vacuum cleaner and maximise performance.
