Rustins Quick Dry Small Job Primer and Undercoat are for indoor and outdoor use. Used as a primer, it is suitable for new and bare wood, MDF, plaster, brickwork, and cement. It has high opacity and can be used as an undercoat on primed or painted surfaces. This paint may be over-coated with water or solvent-based paints. It also conforms to the Toys Safety Regulations 1995, BS-EN71 Part 3, which makes it ideal to use on children s toys. Rustins produces all of its products to an extremely high and diligent standard.
