Carven first launched Vetiver 1957 and then relaunched it in 1997. It is classed as a Woods fragrance with top notes of lavender, mandarin orange, clary sage, petit grain and lemon. The heart notes consists of carnation, sandalwood, orris root, jasmine, vetiver, cedar and bergamot and the base notes are amber, musk, oakmoss and myrrh.
