Carthusia is the oldest perfume house in the world. Originally formulated by the Carthusian monks in the twelfth century on the island of Capri. Today the tradition is perpetuated, the limited production methods are the same ones used centuries ago. All fragrances are made from natural raw materials and the finished Carthusia product is hand wrapped. Carthusia Caprissimo is a sparkling, fresh blend of citrus with warm hints of spice and a flowery body which essence of blue hyacinth and rose. Notes of lilac, damascus rose, water jasmine, lily of the valley, bergamot of Calabria, honeysuckle, iris, musk, cedarwood, patchouli, sandalwood, ambergis and myrrh.
