Product Description

All purpose water base. Interior/exterior use. Ideal for new construction and remodeling. Can be used under any oil or latex architectural paint. High hiding/stain sealer. Sticks to all surfaces without sanding. Use with all paints. Recoat in one hour. Soap and water cleanup. Covers up to 10mē per litre. At normal temperatures will dry to touch in 30 minutes.
