I am unable to locate a specific product on the website.

When you're looking for a particular product, or a group of products that will meet your requirements, why not use our handy search facility? You'll find it at the top of our website - just near our logo.

The first option to search our website for a product will be from the search option near the top of our website. Put in the item you are looking for and you will be displayed the search results.

If this still does not help, then try using either the tabs at the top of our website or the categories on the left hand side of our website.

If you are still unable to find the item that you are looking for, this may be because of the nature of our industry and the fact there are loads of great, new products regularly coming on to the market, we set up about 150 new items every day. However, sometimes you may not be able to find the particular product you're looking for. In such instances you should check the following:

Is the product newly released by the manufacturer?
Manufacturers quite often release product details and specifications long before any stock is actually available in the distribution channel (i.e. where we get our stock supplies from). This is quite often known as a 'paper release'. Once we've confirmation that stock is being made available, we'll add this information to our website.

Has the product been discontinued?
Manufacturers quite often update their product range, often without prior notice. When we are no longer able to obtain a product, it will be removed from our website once all of the available stock has been sold.

Where can I get more advice for a specific product?

Although all of the information we have available to us regarding sales and product information is on our website, many customers ask us if we can give pre-sales advice on issues such as product compatibility, or selection of the best product for your needs.

Normally, you should be able to find out all you need to know on our website which contains a great deal of up to date information. However, if the information you need isn't displayed, then this is normally because it hasn't been made available to us.

If this happens (particularly regarding compatibility), our advice is always to check directly with the manufacturer in question before going ahead and placing your order.

Missing product information.

We currently offer over 50,000 products for sale on the Choiceful.com website. Because we sell so many items, the descriptions, specifications, photographs and any other related product information we publish, is generally drawn from suppliers and third part companies. This sourcing of information provides Choiceful.com with the very latest product/technical information. It is also the most feasible and most advanced way of ensuring the vast amount of information we pass on to our customers is as accurate as possible.

However, as with every system, there will always be a very small number of instances where the information being displayed is either slightly incorrect, out of date, or not available. We do have a team of people regularly checking the Choiceful.com website to ensure that these minor errors are dealt with when spotted.

If you do happen to experience problems accessing information for a particular product on our website, (based on the reasons given above) then we suggest that you try to check on the product manufacturer's website for the relevant full specifications and features. Note that you should use the manufacturer's UK website/UK product information source and not the 'International' website/product information, as there could be some key differences in the specs offered.

What is clearance stock?

Whilst selecting a product, you may see items listed as 'Clearance Stock'.

Items sold under this category are mainly items, which we have reduced in price to clear them from our warehouse. We hold a strict historic stocking policy at Choiceful.com and when a product has been in our warehouse for a number of days, we transfer this stock to our clearance category.

Please note that we are unable to tell you the time period an item of stock has been in our warehouse.

How do I return items?

1. Contact us to obtain your returns reference number. You will need to provide us with your order number and the details of the item to be returned.

2. You can use our online returns form for the quickest reply, or phone us on: +44 0845 337 3381.

3. Once you have your returns reference number, pack the items along with your receipt securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.

5. We will then process a refund once your returns are received.

6.Complete an online returns form or contact us to obtain your returns reference number. You will need to provide us with your order number and the details of the item to be returned.

7.You can use our online returns form for the quickest reply, or phone us on 0845 337 3381, international customers should call +44 845 337 3381 .

8.Once you have your returns reference number, pack the items along with your receipt securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

9. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.

Obtaining an invoice or receipt copy.

This article explains how to request a copy of an invoice/receipt from us.

Log in to your account with the 'my account' button at the top right of our website. Once logged in, find the order for which you are requesting the invoice. Click the 'view order' button for this particular order, and at the bottom of the screen is the option to print a copy of your invoice.

What happens if you don’t have my ordered items in stock?

At Choiceful we pride ourselves on dispatching over 97% of orders complete and on time. However, in such rare cases we will contact you immediately, prior to sending your order confirmation email. We will provide you with delivery details, and you will then be given the choice of either waiting for your items or alternatively, cancelling your order to obtain a full refund.

Which delivery companies do we use?

Most of our deliveries are carried out by Parcelforce and Royal Mail, the state-owned parcel delivery companies, which are part of Consignia.

However, some Choiceful.com parcels are sent using an alternative delivery company/carrier. This normally happens when we're sending parcels to specific locations, or because of the parcel's weight. For example, Parcelforce have a box limit of 30kg, so boxes above that weight are sent with another more specialist type delivery company. Nevertheless, there is a clear and simple delivery service selection table for you to select the most suitable service for your requirements, while you are checking out.

When we send goods directly from our supplier/manufacturer, which is something we do occasionally, then the delivery company used will be the one used by the supplier/manufacturer in question.

Please also note that we cannot guarantee the use of any particular carrier/delivery company.

Can I provide an alternative delivery address?

Can I collect my order from you?

Customers often enquire whether Choiceful.com offers an order collection service from any one of our distribution and logistics centres across the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we cannot presently offer this service, this is for a number of reasons:

Firstly because of our 'business model', which is to focus on selling products via the Internet - it's what we're good at! And secondly, our large warehouses where we stock products are specially tailored to be suitable as work environments only, so for health and safety reasons we cannot allow unsupervised access.

We do understand however, that some people may want to physically see and possibly even have a demonstration of the products they'd like to buy. Such a service incurs high costs for the retailer and therefore tends to impact on pricing. Even in physical shops, working demonstrations are only offered on a tiny fraction of products.

Plus, you'll notice that Choiceful.com products virtually always cost less than other physical retail shop prices... and this is one of the reasons why we don't introduce such a service. For most products on the Choiceful.com website, we provide a detailed product specification, dimensions, the weight (where applicable), and a photograph/illustration.

Which is the quickest delivery service available?

We provide a great range of delivery options that will suit whatever your requirements. If the items you have ordered are required urgently we recommend the following:

UK delivery

Choiceful.com offers FREE next day delivery throughout the UK mainland on orders over £45.00 in value (exc. VAT).

Orders can be delivered by using any one of the following services Royal Mail: first class, second class, special delivery next day*, special delivery* before 9am* and standard parcel or Parcelforce: 48 hour*, 24 hour*, by noon next day*, before 10am next day* and before 9am next day* delivery services. Standard delivery takes on average three to five working days, and is a great value for money option. Please note that the shipping rates for the majority of items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

*SORRY! Our carriers cannot offer Premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

European Delivery

Orders can be delivered by using either the European standard delivery or premium European delivery* services.

Royal Mail’s international air mail service is our European customers’ favourite as it is the best value for money deal. Just right for those non-urgent deliveries. This rate is evaluated after a fixed number of purchases at Choiceful.com, we will automatically notify you as to your new discount rate as soon as the evaluation is complete.
