Placing your first order

Placing an order with Choiceful.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.

Finding your item

To begin you will need to locate the product that you would like to order. Located at the top of all the pages you will find our search box, here you can either type in the keyword or known product code of the item. You will also find our browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the navigation bar located on the left side of each page throughout our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the image or name of the item to see its extended product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, you can also send a friend an email containing product details directly from this page, simply click on the email a friend button and complete the following form.

We are constantly extending our product range and improving our services for you, currently with over 1,000 products available, we are sure that you will find plenty of interesting items to choose from.

Add the items to your shopping cart

If you want to order an item from Choiceful.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, as it is ideally located at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If at anytime you wish to remove items from your shopping cart you can do so easily, simply select the item(s) and push the “Delete” icon. When you're ready to place an order click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Create an account

Before you can purchase any products from us you need to become a member. This is a quick and easy process that allows you to make future orders, when you come back to Choiceful.com, more efficiently. The features include viewing your order history, saving items in your shopping cart until you log-in again in the future, using the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your account to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.

Review and submit your order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Confirm Order” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Enter your delivery details

Tell us where you would like to ship your order, and let us know if the items are to be gifts. If so, you'll be given a chance to order it to arrive gift-wrapped and with a note.
