• 25 degree sharp point for easy penetration. • Surface hardened up to 7520 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved quality. • Plated in zinc 5-8 microns and yellow passivated to give a high resistance to corrosion. • Manufactured from C10-18 steel. • Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking. • Lubricated with Gleitmo 605 to enhance screw insertion time and a greater resistance to corrosion.
