• Free Phillips no. 2 driver bit in each box. • Manufactured to JIS B1125 (1995) and independently tested to IFI specification. • 25 degree ‘Super Sharp’ (SS) point foe ease of penetration. • 60 degree thread. • Manufactured from C10-18 steel. • Cosmetically plated in either zinc or black phosphate. • Designed to pierce and drill into 0.9 mm of metal channel. • Surface hardened up to 7520 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved quality.
