A special formulation containing a high grade urethane polymer that
chemically cures to form an extremely robust dense sealant for practically any
surface. Special primer has unique penetrating and binding characteristics
which, together with its ability to form a flexible high solids barrier, enables
it to be used for most types of exterior application.

Although designed to be used with Isoflex Liquid Rubber, Special Primer can
be used as a preparation for most surface coatings.
